Whenever you communicate with us in any way, you are voluntarily giving us personal information including name, physical address, gender, email address, phone number etc., and maybe credit card information, which is being collected, used, disclosed, transferred or stored by us or our third party vendors only for providing you the desired services like processing bookings, queries or providing you with marketing materials etc.

When you browse the website or make a purchase, we may automatically collect information about your visit by using cookies. This information may include your device type, browser, IP address, how you came to the website or how you interacted with the website. This information may be used to monitor or improve website performance or deliver targeted advertising. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, considering the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information.

If your personally identifiable information changes or you wish your information to be removed from our records, you may update or delete it by emailing vrsupport@garli.in We will give you access to your personally identifiable information that we hold within 30 days of a request to access. You may send a request to this email address vrsupport@garli.in If you wish to stop receiving email newsletters, click on the unsubscribe link on any of the newsletters. We will retain your information for as long as required to deliver your service, agreement or resolve any issues. Please note that we cannot always delete records of all historical data. For example, we are required to retain certain records for financial reporting and compliance reasons.

Any information, communications, or materials you submit to us via a social media platform or any other platforms will be at your risk without any expectation of privacy. The actions of other users of these platforms or the actions of the platforms themselves are beyond our control and your interactions with those platforms will be governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide them.

• General Terms and Conditions: the General Terms and Conditions can be viewed on the website of the company- Vedic Rehabilitation & can be downloaded from there.
• Registration form: registration for the Workshops can be done through designated forms available on the website www.vedicrehab.com.
• Participant: the person that participates in a Workshop.
• Deposit: in case a booking occurs more than 30 days before the start of the Workshop, the participant pays a deposit, which counts as a deposit for participation in the Workshop.
• Vedic Rehabilitation is located at Mohan Niwas, Village post office Garli, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh-177108, India.
• Price: All prices offered are available on the website. Taxes as applicable on all bookings / transactions.
• Workshops shall be conducted aimed at teaching certain practices to participants adapted from ancient Vedic scriptures that improve the health of the mind & body. There would be an earnest endeavour to customise the programme in consonance with the mental aptitude of the participant and their physical health. The sessions would be conducted under the able guidance of highly experienced instructors.
• Participant: the person that has a confirmed booking and will be present at the “Residential Training Workshop”.
• Website: the website of Vedic Rehabilitation is www.vedicrehab.com.

• The General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Workshops.
• Vedic Rehabilitation reserves the right to alter the General Terms and Conditions from time to time based on the reviews of the conducted sessions. The most recent version of the General Terms and Conditions is always the valid version and is always available on the Website.

• A Participant may participate in a Workshop post registration with Vedic Rehabilitation and in compliance to all the terms & conditions in totality. Registration can be done via the Website or by e-mail to vrsupport@garli.in. Participation in the Workshop would be preceded by the filling up of a “Questionnaire”.
• For some Workshops Early bird discounts can be offered to participants. After this specified date, the prescribed rates mentioned in the website shall be applicable without any exceptions

• Participation in a Workshop. Only permissible upon making 100% payment upfront, prior to the activity/workshop. Payment can be made via a direct bank transfer to the bank account of Vedic Rehabilitation through Net Banking channels/PayTM etc.
• When participating in a Workshop The Deposit must be paid no later than 7 days after booking confirmation. The remaining amount of the Price must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the planned Workshop.
• For bookings that occur less than 30 days before the start of the Workshop, the entire amount of the Price must be paid immediately (within 48 hours after booking confirmation).
• In case of overdue payment Vedic rehabilitation has the right to cancel the booking. However, this does not release the participant from his payment obligation.

• Cancellation of participation in a planned Workshop, can only take place by e-mail. By e-mail: vrsupport@garli.in Refund shall only be made to the source which made the payment.
• Cancellation, more than 15 days prior to the commencement of the Workshop, no cancellation charges shall be imposed on the participant.
• Cancellation between 15 days & 3 days before the start, the participant will pay 50% of the Price;
• Cancellation, 72 hours prior to the workshop, no refund request would be entertained and the fees would be retained by the company.
• In the event of cancellation by Vedic Rehabilitation, for well-grounded reasons, such as insufficient participants, illness of a member of the team or in case of force majeure, the participants will be offered an alternative Workshop for the same monetary value (via a new contract) or the deposit price will be refunded. The participant will always be informed of this cancellation at least 7 days prior to the start of the Workshop.
• Participation in the program during the Workshop is on a voluntary basis. Participants are free to refrain from the program to be followed. Withdrawal from participation in the program or a part thereof, the participant does not become entitled for the already paid Deposit and/or Price and the participant also would have no right/access to a substitute activity.

• Programme schedules shall be displayed on the company website. Vedic Rehabilitation reserves the right to induce changes in the program at any time. Any changes will, as far as possible, be announced in advance by means of a message on the website and/or by e-mail.

• Participating in the program is at his/her own risk. Vedic Rehabilitation accepts no liability whatsoever for bodily injury, damage and/or loss of property related to carrying out the activities associated with the Workshops conducted under its own umbrella.
• Vedic Rehabilitation only works with experienced Yoga instructors. Nevertheless, there is always a possibility of sustaining an injury during a yoga class. By participating in a Workshop, the Participant accepts this risk of an injury under volition and spirit of the game. Any bodily injury/falls/pain caused due to unforeseen circumstances, would be construed purely as an accidental occurrence, with no imposition of any kind of liability imposable on the organisers as “negligence” of any sort. The organisers shall co-operate in full measure towards mitigation of bodily pain/recuperation through prescribed medical procedures.

• The activities associated with the Workshops, including yoga & meditation sessions, are purely for the relaxation of the body & mind.
• As a matter of protocol, all physical disabilities, deformities, chronic ailments etc are mandatorily to be reported during the initiation, prior to the onset of the programme. All such declarations by the participants shall be taken as “true & sacrosanct”.

• Registering encompasses clause "Medical disclaimer" in letter and spirit.
• Failure to provide this information and subsequent medical check-up by the company, shall be at the risk and cost of the participant. Any concealment on the part of the customer/participant would construed as an ethical aberration from accepted norms.
• Vedic Rehabilitation can, upon discovering anomalies in the declaration by the participant, reserves the right to exclude the person from any kind of participation in the programme.

• Vedic Rehabilitation, reserves the right to collect the personal data of each participant, strictly in concurrence with the prevalent “Data Privacy Laws” applicable in India.
• Vedic Rehabilitation shall ride over the lawful privilege of using the audios, videos etc of the workshops purely for training purposes.
• Vedic Rehabilitation would refrain from transferring the personal data of the Participant to third parties without prior written permission of the participant.

• Indian Law applicable within the legal jurisdiction of the courts under the Himachal Pradesh Govt.
• All grievances/alleged discrepancies observed by the participants shall be communicated in writing .The company shall revert with a plausible explanation in response.
• Any discord/ disputes relating to the General Terms and Conditions, the Workshops, shall be referred to an Arbitrator for dispute resolution.

• Vedic Rehabilitation expects the participants to display mutual respect towards fellow participants and the organization. Upon detection of any kind of misconduct (drugs and excessive drinking, aggressive behaviour, unwanted intimacies, vandalism or theft), the process of removal of the participant from the programme with no refunds and a bar on the entry of the participant in any subsequent programmes would get initiated. The company would be bestowed with the right of maintaining computerised records of such unwarranted occurrences for future reference.

• Any evidence of a participant’s involvement in causing deliberate damage to life and property at the premises of the workshop could attract punitive measures and evacuation with immediate effect.
